Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5–7 years in change management, organizational development, or related consulting.
• Proven experience planning and executing large-scale organizational change initiatives.
• Proficiency in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step).
• Excellent communication, presentation, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong facilitation and training delivery capabilities.
• Ability to analyze complex organizational dynamics and develop practical solutions.
• Experience working in or with public sector organisations in Gauteng is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a remote-first capacity with digital tools.
• Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans tailored to client needs.
• Conduct change readiness assessments and stakeholder analyses to identify challenges.
• Design and deliver engaging communication and training programs to support change initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops and focus groups to gather feedback and build buy-in.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into overall project plans.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change interventions and adjust as needed.
• Advise senior leadership on strategies for managing organizational change and fostering employee engagement.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders at all levels.
• Mentor junior consultants in change management principles and practices.
