Catalyst Revenue Partners in Cape Town and surrounds is seeking a commercially sharp Senior Business Development Representative. You will generate qualified pipeline through targeted outbound campaigns, engage senior buyers, and maintain precise CRM discipline in a remote, full-time role.

We focus on focused B2B tech markets and offer base salary with uncapped commissions, a proven outbound playbook, and real GTM impact.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of BDR/SDR/outbound prospecting experience.
• Experience in a B2B SaaS sales environment.
• Comfort engaging senior buyers and decision-makers.
• Ability to write concise, relevant, personalized outbound messages.
• Strong understanding of outbound metrics and CRM hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Run outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Prospect into senior decision-makers at ICP accounts.
• Research accounts to create relevant outreach.
• Build and refine prospect lists.
• Book qualified discovery meetings.
• Maintain accurate CRM and activity data.
• Report on activity, engagement, meetings and pipeline.
• Provide feedback on messaging and market response.
