Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring a Sales Development Representative across South Africa to open doors and drive pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel by researching accounts, identifying decision makers, and booking meetings with qualified prospects.

This is a full-time, remote position within South Africa. You will use tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to execute thoughtful, high-quality outreach and contribute to the team’s volume goals while maintaining

Formación

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role or similar
• Strong written communication with ability to personalize outreach
• Familiarity with outbound tools (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo)
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline

Responsabilidades

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team
