Job summary

The Legends Agency in Cape Town is seeking a Senior BDR/BDM to drive outbound lead generation and grow the pipeline. You will independently generate opportunities, run a LinkedIn-led outreach, and craft strategic narratives to win complex, project-based digital work from marketing leaders at mid-market firms.

You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, employing AI-enabled tools to optimise campaigns while aligning with UK time hours from the Cape Town office.

Qualifications

• Senior BDR/BDM experience in software design or technical sales.
• Proven outbound lead generation with measurable results.
• Independent hunter mindset with no reliance on pre-qualified handoffs.
• Experience selling digital, project-based work to marketing leaders (CMOs).
