Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 8+ years of automotive systems engineering experience with embedded systems.
- Deep knowledge of CAN, LIN and Automotive Ethernet.
- Experience with DOORS and MATLAB/Simulink.
- ISO 26262 functional safety knowledge.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the system architecture design and development for automotive ECUs and related systems.
- Define system requirements, specifications, and test plans based on product strategy and customer needs.
- Oversee the integration of hardware and software components, ensuring seamless system functionality.
- Conduct system validation and verification testing in simulation environments and on test benches/vehicles.
- Troubleshoot complex system-level issues and drive resolution through problem-solving methodologies.
- Collaborate with software, hardware, and mechanical engineering teams, plus external suppliers/partners.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices in automotive systems engineering.
