• ISO 26262 functional safety knowledge.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the system architecture design and development for automotive ECUs and related systems.
• Define system requirements, specifications, and test plans based on product strategy and customer needs.
• Oversee the integration of hardware and software components, ensuring seamless system functionality.
• Conduct system validation and verification testing in simulation environments and on test benches/vehicles.

This role involves leading the design, integration, and validation of complex automotive electronic systems, including powertrain control, chassis systems, and advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS). You will work at the forefront of automotive innovation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop cutting-edge solutions that enhance vehicle performance, safety, and efficiency. The ideal candidate possesses a strong theoretical foundation in automotive engineering, practical experience with system development, and a passion for pushing the boundaries of automotive technology within a hybrid work structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the system architecture design and development for automotive electronic control units (ECUs) and related systems.


• Define system requirements, specifications, and test plans based on product strategy and customer needs.


• Oversee the integration of hardware and software components, ensuring seamless system functionality.


• Conduct system validation and verification testing, both in simulation environments and on physical test benches and vehicles.


• Troubleshoot complex system-level issues and drive resolution through effective problem-solving methodologies.

Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

• Deep understanding of automotive communication protocols (e.g., CAN, LIN, Automotive Ethernet).


• Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS) and system modeling tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink).


• Proficiency in system integration, validation, and functional safety (ISO 26262).
