Clicks Group is seeking a Senior Analyst: Customer Analytics & Insights to drive data-led decisions across marketing, loyalty and commercial initiatives. You will lead customer analytics, build robust measurement frameworks and influence senior stakeholders to improve marketing effectiveness.

The role reports to Head: Customer Marketing & Data Analytics and is based at Clicks Head Office, Woodstock. 6–8 years of analytics experience preferred; strong SQL, Power BI and storytelling required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 syllable candidates with strong SQL and data extraction skills.
• Experience translating data into actionable marketing insights.
• Proven ability to build dashboards and dashboards storytelling.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive analytics maturity.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer, loyalty and market data into actionable insights.
• Lead analytics for customer lifecycle, segmentation, churn and CLV.
• Define measurement frameworks for marketing ROI and attribution.
• Develop scalable reporting, dashboards and self-service analytics.
• Coach and develop cross-functional analytics capabilities.
