Qualifications

• 8-10 years' experience in customer intelligence or related analytics.
• 5-7 years applying analytical insights to support business strategy.
• Experience with large, diverse data environments and governance.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience managing external partners and vendors.
