X, bigly labs, Dis-Chem's high-performance innovation hub, is seeking a Senior Performance Data Analyst to transform digital marketing, customer and commercial data into actionable insights that drive customer acquisition, optimise marketing investment and improve commercial performance across the Dis-Chem digital ecosystem.

The role partners with Digital Marketing, Customer Intelligence, CRM, Ecommerce, Commercial, Data Engineering and Analytics teams to establish a trusted, enterprise-wide

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Marketing Analytics, Commerce or related quantitative discipline.
• 4-6 years' experience in Digital Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Customer Analytics or Business Intelligence.
• Advanced SQL skills with strong experience analysing large, complex datasets.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Power Query and Power Pivot.
• Experience developing executive dashboards using Power BI or similar BI platforms.
• Strong understanding of Digital Marketing measurement across Paid, Owned and Earned channels.
• Experience working with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and customer-level marketing data.
• Experience working with Digital Marketing, CRM and Ecommerce teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
• Experience within Retail, Ecommerce or FMCG.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the enterprise digital marketing measurement framework.
• Achieve executive dashboard adoption across key business stakeholders.
• Analyse customer acquisition, engagement, conversion, retention and loyalty performance.
• Analyse experimental results and recommend optimisation actions.
• Identify high-value customer segments.
• Develop automated reporting solutions using Power BI and modern analytics platforms.
