Hire Resolve in Cape Town seeks a Senior Account Manager to drive revenue across Managed Print, Office Automation, Telecoms/VoIP, CCTV/Security, and Solar solutions. You will balance strategic key account management with proactive business development, expanding high-value client relationships and leading end-to-end sales cycles.

The role requires a proven sales track record, strong board-level communication, and the ability to collaborate with internal technical teams to close profitable deals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on B2B Account Management, Business Development, or Direct Sales in ICT or related tech sectors.
• Experience in managing multi-stakeholder deals and meeting quotas.
• Understanding of workplace technology solutions and asset finance models is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new B2B opportunities in Cape Town and surrounding regions.
• Conduct client audits to uncover inefficiencies and present technology roadmaps.
• Lead consultative sales cycles from cold/warm leads to proposal and closure.
• Grow and maintain a high-value portfolio of key accounts and relationships.
• Uncover upsell opportunities across print, PBX/telecoms, CCTV, and solar solutions.
• Ensure client retention, satisfaction, and renewals.
• Prepare commercial proposals, tenders, and TCO analyses.
• Collaborate with presales, leasing, and finance teams to structure deals.
• Present complex proposals to CFOs, COOs, IT Directors.
