Qualifications

• Experience with managed services, cloud, security and networking.
• Proven track record handling enterprise accounts.
• Strong commercial acumen and solution selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Align technology solutions with client business objectives.
• Identify opportunities to expand accounts and generate new revenue streams.
• Manage quotations, proposals, renewals, and commercial discussions.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and drive opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Conduct regular client reviews, service meetings, and strategic planning sessions.
• Collaborate with technical, operations, procurement, and project teams to deliver successful outcomes.
• Monitor service performance, SLA adherence, and client satisfaction levels.
• Manage client expectations and assist with escalations when required.
• Keep clients informed of technology trends, security developments, and service enhancements.
• Ensure CRM and opportunity records are maintained accurately.
• Drive account retention, growth, and customer success initiatives.
