Job summary

HRCorp in Cape Town is seeking an account-focused sales professional to take custody of a live portfolio of existing managed-print and office-solutions customers. You will retain, grow, and secure the next renewals before competitors land them, using your experience to upsell services.

You’ll own a named B2B portfolio, perform fleet and cost-per-page analyses, and drive renewals, upgrades and cross-selling of telecoms and security solutions, with pipeline kept clean in HubSpot CRM.

Qualifications

• 2+ years B2B sales or account management experience.
• Grade 12 completed; a relevant tertiary qualification is an advantage.
• Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle.
• Strong numeracy — able to build a cost comparison.
• Clear, professional written English.

Responsibilities

• Hold a named portfolio of existing B2B accounts with retention and growth targets.
• Perform fleet assessments and cost-per-page analyses to build savings cases in rand.
• Renew contracts and upgrade ahead of expiry to beat competitors' quotes.

Take custody of a live portfolio of existing managed-print and office-solutions business customers in Cape Town — accounts already billing, already in CRM, with years of contract and service history behind them. Your job is to keep them, grow them, and find the next machine, the next site and the next renewal before a competitor does.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• A named portfolio of existing B2B accounts, with retention and growth targets on each
• Fleet assessments and cost-per-page analysis — building the savings case in rands
• Contract renewals and upgrades ahead of expiry, not after a competitor's quote lands
• Cross-selling telecoms (VoIP/fibre) and security (CCTV/access control) into the same customers
• Keeping your pipeline accurate in HubSpot CRM

WHAT YOU NEED

• 2+ years B2B sales or account management experience
• Grade 12 (Matric); a relevant tertiary qualification is an advantage
• Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle
• Strong numeracy — able to build a cost comparison a financial manager can't pick apart
• Clear, professional written English
