Placements24 is seeking a Senior Account Executive for our Pietermaritzburg team. You will drive revenue growth, build long-term client relationships, and lead consultative sales efforts across the territory.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in sales, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and proficiency with Salesforce CRM. This hybrid position offers in-office collaboration with remote flexibility and opportunities for career advancement within a growing organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven B2B sales experience.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed quotas.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience with CRM software (Salesforce).
• Willingness to travel within Pietermaritzburg region; valid driver’s license.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin/Marketing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed targets in the designated territory.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market analysis.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective and existing customers.
• Negotiate contract terms and close deals, ensuring profitability and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with marketing and customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
