The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of B2B sales experience, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and a proven track record with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot. Travel within the region is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
• CRM experience with Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Willingness to travel within KwaZulu-Natal and operate in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quotas in Pietermaritzburg and KwaZulu-Natal.
• Identify and prospect new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, and market research.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Conduct persuasive sales presentations, product demos, and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and SLAs to close profitable deals.
• Collaborate with marketing and customer success to ensure onboarding and satisfaction.
• Track and report sales activities, pipeline, and metrics using CRM.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities.
• Mentor junior sales team members as needed.
