Placements24 is seeking a highly motivated Senior Account Executive for our Midrand, Gauteng based role. The position combines strategic prospecting, consultative selling, and closing deals within a defined territory for B2B SaaS solutions.

You will engage C-level executives, deliver compelling demonstrations, and collaborate with marketing, product and customer success teams to drive revenue growth. This is a hybrid role with both office and remote work options.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales with closing experience.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Strong understanding of the SaaS sales cycle and CRM software.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build rapport with C-level executives and teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, resides in Midrand area.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for B2B SaaS.
• Prospect, qualify, and nurture leads through the full sales cycle.
• Conduct product demonstrations and articulate value propositions.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities.
• Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to leadership.
