Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Security Managed Services Engineer (L2) to provide second-line support for client security infrastructures and systems. You will monitor, investigate, and resolve incidents to restore services within SLA.

Responsibilities include firewall administration, policy optimization, change management, and governance compliance. The role requires hands-on experience with Fortinet FortiGate, Palo Alto, and Check Point platforms and strong incident handling capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, CS, engineering or related field.
• Relevant certifications such as Fortinet NSE/FCN, PCNSE, CCSA or equivalent are expected.
• Experience in enterprise security within a managed services environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as L2 escalation for security incidents and operational issues.
• Monitor and support enterprise security infrastructure for performance and availability.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting across firewall technologies and security platforms.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Administer and support Fortinet, Palo Alto and Check Point security solutions.
