Job summary

Hire Hangar is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and coach a team of Account Executives in a fast-growing SaaS startup. This remote role operates on Eastern Time hours and focuses on scalable sales processes and talent development.

You will mentor reps to hit revenue targets, refine call quality with Gong.io, and forecast performance in Salesforce/HubSpot, partnering with Marketing for GTM alignment. Proven leadership in enterprise SaaS is required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in enterprise SaaS sales.
• 2+ years leading quota-carrying reps.
• Ability to coach teams to meet or exceed goals.
• Strong command of Gong.io, HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of quota-carrying Account Executives
• Improve call and deal execution using Gong.io
• Forecast, track, and analyze sales performance in Salesforce/HubSpot
• Build and optimize sales processes to drive efficiency and revenue
• Partner with Marketing to sharpen GTM alignment
• Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and development of sales talent
