Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Sales Administrator or Sales Manager role.
• Hands-on HubSpot CRM experience with pipelines, workflows, reporting, and data integrity.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, etc.).
• Experience working with US or UK-based companies or customers.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, distributed environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the CRM (HubSpot), ensuring data accuracy, pipeline hygiene, and up-to-date records.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks including contract preparation, proposals, and sales documentation.
• Track and report on key sales metrics, pipeline activity, and performance dashboards.
• Coordinate scheduling, follow-ups, and communications between the sales team and prospects or clients.
• Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth handoff from sales to delivery or account management.
• Manage inbound inquiries and route them appropriately within the sales team.
• Maintain and organize sales collateral, templates, and shared resources.
• Identify and flag process inefficiencies and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Liaise with marketing, operations, finance teams to support the full sales cycle.
