Job summary

Hire Hangar is seeking a Sales Manager to lead enterprise growth for our SaaS platform, targeting high-value accounts and shaping GTM strategy. You will own multi-touch sales cycles from first call to signed contract, collaborating with product, marketing and technical buyers to drive outcomes.

You will leverage Salesforce, Gong and HubSpot data to monitor performance, refine messaging and accelerate deal velocity on a remote ET schedule.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in enterprise SaaS sales
• Track record of exceeding quota
• Experience managing complex deals with executives
• Proficient with Salesforce, Gong and HubSpot
• Available full-time on ET schedule

Responsibilities

• Lead outbound and inbound enterprise deal flow
• Qualify and close high-value SaaS opportunities ($100K+ ARR)
• Drive sales conversations with product, marketing, and technical buyers
• Use Gong and Salesforce insights to track and improve performance
• Partner with GTM teams to refine positioning and outreach
