This remote role requires collaborating with US/UK clients, analyzing platform metrics, and partnering with product and operations teams to ensure measurable outcomes and renewals. You will own the customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal and help drive expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in customer success, technical account management, or SaaS support.
• Foundational knowledge of SQL and Python, able to discuss data flows.
• Experience in a tech or SaaS company environment.
• Remote work experience with strong command of remote collaboration tools and US/UK client support.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Detail-oriented with a systems-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full customer lifecycle from onboarding through renewal.
• Act as a trusted advisor, combining business context with technical understanding.
• Translate client needs into documented processes, workflows, and service actions.
