Job summary

WhatJobs Direct is seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Development Manager to spearhead growth in Centurion, Gauteng. You will lead a team of SDRs, develop and implement sales strategies, and ensure a robust pipeline fed into the sales funnel.

The ideal candidate will mentor SDRs, optimize lead generation processes, and collaborate with Marketing and Account Executives to drive business growth with strong analytical and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in sales development or related role, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management capacity.
• Proven success in building and managing high-performing SDR teams.
• Strong understanding of sales methodologies, CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce), and sales engagement platforms.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional leadership, coaching, and motivational abilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in developing and executing successful sales campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and manage a team of SDRs to meet lead generation and qualification targets.
