Qualifications
- 6+ years in B2B SaaS sales
- 2+ years in sales leadership
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Willingness to relocate to Pretoria, Gauteng region or be based there
- Bachelor's degree; MBA is a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate sales team to hit targets
- Develop and execute SaaS sales strategies
- Recruit, train, and onboard new sales members
- Monitor performance, coach, and provide feedback
- Analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams
- Oversee the sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting
- Manage budget and resources for the sales team
- Foster a high-achieving sales culture
