Job summary

HEKA Insights in Cape Town or Johannesburg is seeking a proactive Implementation Project Manager to lead client onboarding, configure solutions, and deliver tailored training for our SaaS platform.

You will coordinate across Client Acquisition, Client Success, CX, Training, Global Support, and Product teams to ensure a seamless client experience and successful adoption of our features.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 2–5 years in a client-facing software implementation role.
• Strong data query, reporting and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding for 30–60 days to ensure a smooth transition.
• Oversee implementations to meet client objectives and timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor the client experience.
• Configure application and develop custom reports and dashboards.
• Create and manage complex data queries to measure impact.
• Deliver online and in-person training and provide ongoing support.
• Maintain detailed project plans and client records.
