Sabenza IT & Recruitment is seeking an experienced SaaS Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery and implementation of SaaS solutions in Johannesburg. You will coordinate cross-functional technical and business teams, manage plans, timelines, budgets and resource needs, and ensure on-time delivery aligned with customer and business requirements.

You will work within Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or hybrid delivery approaches, drive risk management, stakeholder engagement and successful onboarding

Qualificações

Matric and a Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in IT, CS, Business, PM or related field.
Proven experience managing technology, software or SaaS implementation projects.
Experience across full software implementation lifecycle.
Strong SaaS/cloud-based technology understanding.
Experience managing multiple projects and priorities.

Responsabilidades

Lead end-to-end SaaS implementation projects from initiation to go-live and support.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets and resources.
Coordinate across engineering, product, operations, customer success and vendors.
Manage configuration, integrations, data migration, testing and deployment.
Run kick-offs, status meetings and steering committees.
Identify risks, issues, dependencies and scope changes.
Ensure clear communication among teams, stakeholders, vendors and customers.
Oversee customer onboarding and implementation, ensuring a positive experience.
Apply Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or hybrid methods as appropriate.
Track KPIs, delivery progress and UAT/go-live readiness.
