Job summary

Meltwater seeks a Client Onboarding & Implementation Specialist to support the EMEA market from Cape Town, with hybrid work and two office days. You will drive onboarding, ensure feature adoption, and train client teams to maximize Meltwater value.

You will report to the Regional Onboarding & Adoption Manager and work with account teams to ensure successful knowledge transfer, accurate setup, and effective configuration that meets client objectives.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• 2+ years in a client-facing software implementation or management role.
• Ability to learn Meltwater platforms and configurations.
• Wamiliarity with cross-functional collaboration across sales, success, CX and training teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor client experiences.
• Build and manage client implementations and onboarding timelines.
• Deliver training sessions online and in person.
• Configure applications to meet client outcomes.
