Job summary

VALD is seeking a Client Success Manager in Cape Town to partner with a portfolio of clients, acting as the VALD subject matter expert and driving high client satisfaction throughout onboarding and ongoing support.

You will build relationships online and in person, deliver product demonstrations via Teams, track activity with HubSpot and Microsoft tools, and identify growth opportunities while juggling multiple requests.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand client perspectives and challenges.
• Excellent grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships quickly.

Responsibilities

• Onboard clients and ensure successful implementation of VALD systems.
• Build strong client relationships online and, when possible, face-to-face.
• Identify client support needs and growth opportunities.
• Deliver online client presentations using Microsoft Teams.
• Track and report activities using SaaS tools – HubSpot, Microsoft Suite, and Email.
• Manage multiple assignments and support requests independently or with the team.
