Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Retail Team Leader for our Bloemfontein store. You will guide and motivate a team of sales associates, ensuring outstanding customer service, strong sales, and adherence to brand standards.

Responsibilities include daily store operations, opening/closing, cash handling, training new staff on product knowledge, visual merchandising, and supporting the Store Manager to achieve targets. This is a hybrid role with weekend shifts in the Free State.
