Placements24 is seeking a Retail Team Lead in Randfontein to guide a team of sales associates, deliver outstanding customer service, and maintain store operations. About the Role

Our client is looking for an energetic and experienced Retail Team Lead to support the management team in their Rustenburg store. In this role, you will be instrumental in guiding sales associates, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining store operations. You will act as a key point of contact for the team on the floor, providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve daily goals. This position is ideal for an individual passionate about retail who is ready to take on more responsibility and contribute to a positive and productive store environment in the North West province.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide a team of retail associates, ensuring adherence to company policies and customer service standards.
• Assist customers with product selection, purchases, and resolving any issues or complaints.
• Support the Store Manager in daily operational tasks, including opening and closing procedures, and staff supervision.
• Ensure merchandising standards are met and the sales floor is consistently maintained to brand expectations.
• Participate in training new staff members and providing ongoing coaching to the team.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a retail environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
