About the Role

Our client is seeking an energetic and experienced Retail Team Lead to join their store in Nelspruit . This role involves supporting the Store Manager in daily operations, leading a team of sales associates, and ensuring outstanding customer service. You will be instrumental in fostering a positive team environment and driving sales performance. This position utilizes a hybrid model, requiring consistent in-store presence for team leadership and customer engagement, with occasional remote administrative tasks. You'll be a key player in creating a welcoming atmosphere and achieving store objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of retail sales associates to achieve sales targets.
• Assist the Store Manager with daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer needs and resolving issues promptly.
• Train and onboard new team members, ensuring they understand product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Oversee inventory management tasks, including stock replenishment and organization.
• Ensure adherence to visual merchandising standards and store presentation guidelines.
• Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to the team.
• Assist with cash handling and reconciliation procedures.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment.
