About the Role

As a Team Lead, you will support the Store Manager in daily activities, mentor sales associates, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
• Lead and motivate a team of retail sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Provide guidance and training to new and existing team members on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Support the implementation of visual merchandising directives and maintain store presentation standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail environment, with some supervisory or leadership experience being a plus.
