Job summary

The Foschini Group is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations in the Western Cape. You will drive turnover, control expenses, manage stock loss, and lead a team in delivering excellent customer service and merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• A Grade 12 qualification.
• A minimum of 3 years retail or admin experience.
• Previous Retail Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Driving turnover to ensure achievement of targets
• Controlling expenses
• Managing stock losses to ensure shrinkage is in line with the Company standard
• People management, including recruitment, development of staff, employee relations, performance management
• Executing in-store merchandising strategy and standards
• Ensure customer satisfaction by executing our customer service strategy and fulfilling the demands of our customers
