Job summary

The Foschini Group (TFG) is seeking an experienced Store Manager in KwaZulu-Natal to drive turnover, manage costs and lead a high-performing retail team. You will oversee merchandising, stock control, customer service, and day-to-day store operations to meet targets.

• Matric certificate.
• Minimum 3 years retail experience with a minimum of 1 year store leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Driving turnover to ensure the achievement of targets
• Controlling expenses
• Managing stock losses to ensure shrinkage is in line with the Company standard
• People management, including recruitment, development of staff, employee relations, performance management
• Executing in-store merchandising strategy and standards
• Ensure customer satisfaction by executing our customer service strategy and fulfilling the demands of our customers
