Responsibilities

• Handle customer complements and complaints and report to management.
• Maintain professional customer relationships.
• Resolve stock queries and ensure timely feedback.
• Manage cash handling, float, refunds and returns.
• Verify deliveries and invoices for accuracy.
• Assist Receiving Manager with Distribution Centre claims.
• Ensure correct handling of back stock and returned goods.
• Support branch change orders to ensure cashiers have change.
