Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a reliable Retail Shift Supervisor for a store in Kimberley, Northern Cape. You will oversee daily store operations during your shifts, ensure excellent customer service, and support management in achieving sales targets.

You will lead a team of retail associates, supervise opening and closing procedures, manage cash handling and security, and ensure stock integrity and merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a retail team or senior sales role.
• Strong leadership and people-management abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of retail operations including POS, inventory and merchandising.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.

About the Role

Our client, a well-established national retailer, is seeking a reliable and proactive Retail Shift Supervisor for their store in Kimberley, Northern Cape . In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing store operations during your assigned shifts, ensuring exceptional customer service, and supporting the management team in achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities
