Placements24 is seeking a proactive Retail Store Supervisor to support the Kimberley store operations. You will lead the sales team, ensure smooth daily activity, and uphold exceptional customer service while assisting the Store Manager.

You will train and mentor staff, manage cash handling, visuals, inventory, and compliance with company policies. The role requires at least two years in retail, supervisory experience, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in retail sales or a related customer-facing role.
• Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of retail operations and sales processes.
• Ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer literacy.
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
