Job summary

Clicks Group is seeking a Service Advisor for a Clicks Store in Roodepoort to ensure exceptional customer service at the point of sale. You will manage POS operations, stock and cash controls, and lead shop assistants to uphold service standards.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year in a customer-facing retail/FMCG environment, with numeracy and stock management skills. This permanent position offers market-related remuneration.

Qualifications

• Desirable: Maths 50% and English 50% at grade 12 level.
• 1 year in a customer facing role, overseeing the work of several employees in a retail/FMCG store operations environment
• Numeracy and stock management experience

Responsibilities

• Direct and control all POS operational activities at the point of sale.
• Manage stock and cash, minimise shrinkage and maintain housekeeping/admin standards.
• Train, motivate and direct shop assistants/cashiers to deliver service excellence.
• Ensure adequate staffing per work schedule and labour policies.
• Resolve customer queries quickly per company policies.
• Promote Clicks Clubcard participation to meet targets.
• Enforce stock security measures, cash controls and returns policies.
• Act as brand ambassador and deliver friendly, professional service.
