Job summary

Clicks Group Limited is seeking a Service Advisor for a Clicks Store to ensure exceptional customer service at the point of sale and to oversee POS operations. The role reports to the Store Manager and focuses on delivering fast, efficient service while maintaining stock integrity and accurate cash handling.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in a customer-facing retail role, with numeracy and stock management experience, and is capable of directing staff and promoting store initiatives

Qualifications

• Maths and English at Grade 12 level (minimum requirements).
• 1 year experience in a customer-facing role within retail/FMCG store operations.
• Numeracy and stock management experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct and control all operational activities at the point of sale in a timely and efficient manner.
• Manage stock and cash, minimise shrinkage and ensure housekeeping and administration standards.
