Clicks Group is seeking a capable store operations supervisor to ensure efficient point-of-sale activities, stock and cash management, and customer service excellence at its Cape Town outlets.

The role focuses on directing staff, maintaining merchandising standards, resolving customer queries promptly, and driving promotions such as Clicks Clubcard. A strong knowledge of retail processes and labour compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 with Maths and English at 50% or higher.
• Experience in retail/FMCG operations is desirable.
• Familiarity with stock, cash handling, and customer service standards.

Responsabilités

• Direct and control all store operations at the point of sale.
• Manage stock, cash, shrinkage and housekeeping to high standards.
• Train and supervise shop assistants/cashiers to deliver service excellence.
• Schedule staff in line with policies and labour laws.
• Resolve customer queries quickly and in line with company policies.
• Promote Clicks Clubcard participation to meet targets.
• Maintain product knowledge on promotions and events.
