Job summary

Clicks Group in Polokwane, Limpopo, is seeking a permanent Store Manager role focused on service excellence at the point of sale. You will oversee all operational activities, manage stock and cash, and ensure a safe, well-organised retail environment.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 with Maths and English at least 50% each.
• Retail/FMCG background preferred.
• Knowledge of stock, cash handling and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Direct and control all operational activities at the point of sale in a timely and efficient manner.
• Manage stock, cash and housekeeping to minimise shrinkage and ensure security.
• Train, motivate and direct shop assistants and cashiers to deliver service excellence.
• Schedule staffing in line with policies and labour legislation.
• Resolve customer queries in line with company policies.
• Promote the Clicks clubcard and promotional activities.
• Maintain knowledge of products, ranges, promotions and events for customer information.
