Job summary

Clicks Group Limited is seeking a Service Advisor at a Clicks store in Roodepoort. You will oversee POS operations, ensure fast service, manage stock and cash, and lead shop assistants to deliver excellent customer care.

You will train staff, control stock losses, promote clubcard participation and resolve customer queries in line with company policies. This role supports the store manager and contributes to overall service excellence.

Qualifications

• 1 year' experience in a customer-facing role in a retail/FMCG environment
• Numeracy and stock management experience
• Desirable: Maths 50% and English 50% at grade 12 level

Responsibilities

• Direct and control all POS operational activities to ensure fast, efficient customer service.
• Manage stock, cash, shrinkage, housekeeping and administration.
• Train, supervise and motivate shop assistants/cashiers to deliver service excellence.
• Ensure staffing levels meet the work schedule and labour policies.
• Resolve customer queries and promote Clicks clubcard participation.
• Enforce security, cash controls, returns policies and stock-loss prevention measures.
• Represent the brand as a friendly, professional ambassador at the point of sale.
