Job summary

Clicks Group in Pretoria is seeking a Customer Service Team Leader for Clicks Magwa Crescent. You will lead store operations, supervise cashiers and shop assistants, and ensure high service standards at the point of sale.

You will manage stock, assist with promotions, and drive clubcard participation while maintaining stock control and administrative duties in line with company policies.

Qualifications

• Essential: Grade 12 with maths and English at 50% or higher.
• 1 year experience in a customer facing role in a retail/FMCG store.
• Numeracy and stock management experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct and control all operational activities at the point of sale in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure safe management of stock and cash, minimising shrinkage and maintain housekeeping and admin.
• Train, motivate and direct shop assistants/cashiers to deliver service excellence.
• Ensure staffing levels align with work schedules and labour policies.
• Resolve customer queries in line with company policies.
• Promote Clicks clubcard to achieve participation targets.
• Manage stock security, cash controls, returns policies and related admin.
• Provide superior customer service as a brand ambassador and maintain professional service.
