Job summary

Clicks Group is seeking a store operations leader to oversee point-of-sale activities, stock and cash control, and staff supervision. The role focuses on delivering fast, friendly service and maintaining high housekeeping standards.

You will train shop assistants, manage staffing per policy, resolve customer queries, and promote clubcard participation while upholding Clicks values and brand standards at all times.

Qualifications

• Operates efficiently at the point of sale with a focus on stock and cash controls.
• Upholds high standards of housekeeping, admin and loss prevention.
• Trains, motivates and directs shop assistants/cashiers to deliver service excellence.
• Schedules staff in line with policies and labour laws.
• Resolves customer queries in line with company policies.
• Promotes Clicks Clubcard to reach participation targets.
• Manages stock, security measures and returns policies to minimise losses.
• Acts as brand ambassador with friendly, professional service.
• Aligns with company values to be the first choice health & beauty retailer.

Responsibilities

• Direct and control all POS operations in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure stock and cash are managed properly, reducing shrinkage.
• Train and supervise shop assistants to deliver superior service.

• Resolve customer queries promptly per policy.
• Drive promotions and maintain knowledge of products and events.
• Maintain stock security, returns policies and admin duties.
• Provide friendly, professional service and brand representation.
