Qualifications

• Minimum requirement: Grade 12 with Maths 50% and English 50%.
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer facing retail/FMCG store operations role.
• Numeracy and stock management experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct and control all POS operational activities to deliver fast, friendly service.
• Manage stock, cash controls, shrinkage, and housekeeping to high standards.
• Train and supervise shop assistants and cashiers to deliver service excellence.
• Staffing in line with work schedules and labour policies.
• Resolve customer queries promptly per company policy.
• Promote Clicks Clubcard participation targets.
• Safeguard stock with security measures and returns policies.
• Deliver superior customer service as a brand ambassador.
• Uphold company values and provide updated product knowledge.
