Placements24 is seeking a Retail Sales Team Leader for their Randburg, Gauteng store. You will guide and inspire a team of sales associates to achieve individual and store targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will coach and develop staff, manage daily sales floor operations, monitor performance, and ensure best-in-class service. This role offers growth within a dynamic retail group and a supportive, collaborative work environment in a prime Gauteng location.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail sales role with demonstrated leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
