Qualifications

• Proficiency in POS systems and basic retail management software.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Retail Assistant Manager for their store in Randburg . This role is instrumental in supporting the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, including sales generation, team leadership, customer service, and operational efficiency. The Assistant Manager will play a key role in motivating the sales team, ensuring visual standards are met, and contributing to a positive and productive store environment in Randburg . Key Responsibilities
