Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, health and safety regulations, and legal requirements.
• Support store teams with operational queries, troubleshooting, and implementation of new initiatives.
• Conduct regular store visits to assess operational standards, identify areas for improvement, and provide feedback.
• Assist in developing and delivering training programs on operational procedures for store staff.
• Monitor and analyze operational KPIs, such as inventory accuracy, stock turnover, and efficiency metrics.
• Manage and coordinate store stock takes and cycle counts.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of store layout changes and merchandising resets.
• Maintain accurate operational documentation and records.
