Placements24 is seeking a Retail Operations Manager to oversee multiple retail stores in and around Queenstown, Eastern Cape. You will drive sales performance, ensure top-tier customer service, and maintain high store standards while leading store managers and staff.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in retail management, including multi-site experience, with a proven track record of improving efficiency and profitability.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Retail Operations Manager to oversee their retail outlets in and around Queenstown, Eastern Cape . This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth and profitable operation of all retail locations, driving sales performance, and maintaining high standards of customer service and store presentation. You will manage a team of store managers and staff, implement operational strategies, and ensure compliance with company policies. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the operations of multiple retail stores to achieve sales and profit targets.

Requirements
