Placements24 is seeking a customer-focused Retail Operations Manager to oversee retail operations in the Nelspruit area. You will drive sales performance, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and manage day-to-day operations across multiple outlets.

Lead store teams, manage inventory, implement merchandising strategies, and maintain high standards of operation. The role requires coaching, data-driven decisions, and regular travel between locations in and around Nelspruit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; retail management experience is essential.
• 5+ years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record in multi-store operations.
• Strong understanding of retail sales, merchandising, inventory control, and customer service principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly between store locations in and around Nelspruit.

Responsibilities
