Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in achieving sales targets through team management and customer engagement.
• Provide guidance and training to retail staff for high performance and service.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management and loss prevention.
• Ensure high standards of visual merchandising, cleanliness and organization.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.
• Operate the POS system accurately and manage cash handling procedures.
• Deputize for Store Manager during absence and manage store operations.
• Assist in staff scheduling to ensure adequate shift coverage.
• Contribute to a positive and motivating work environment for the team.
