Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management and loss prevention.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, cleanliness and organization.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.
• Operate POS system accurately and manage cash handling procedures.
• Deputize for Store Manager in their absence and oversee store operations.
• Assist in staff scheduling to ensure adequate shift coverage.
• Contribute to a positive, motivated work environment for the team.
